Terms for using WorkCita.

Service
WorkCita is operations and billing software for service businesses. The service supports jobs, scheduling, estimates, invoices, payments, customers, employees, reporting, and selected provider integrations.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized user access, credential security, and lawful use of the service. You must not use WorkCita to violate law, abuse providers, send unauthorized messages, or interfere with service operation.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance unless another written arrangement applies. Stripe processes subscription payments and customer invoice payments where enabled. Taxes and provider fees may apply.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future subscription renewal through account settings or support. New subscriptions may request a refund within 14 days unless prohibited by law or a separate written agreement. After that period, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Customer data
You retain ownership of business data entered into WorkCita. You grant WorkCita the rights needed to host, process, secure, transmit, and display that data so the service can operate.
Availability and changes
We may update features, providers, pricing, and operational limits over time. We aim to communicate material changes that affect active customers.
